Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, browser type, and general geographic region. GA4 uses cookies and collects IP addresses, which Google may truncate depending on your region.
Squarespace data: Squarespace, our hosting platform, collects basic server logs and may set cookies for site functionality.

Google LLC provides analytics services. GA4 collects anonymized usage data using cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Calendly, LLC processes scheduling data including your name, email, and any information you provide when booking a consultation. Calendly stores data in the United States.

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
Contact form submissions: retained for 7 years from the date of submission.
Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics data: GA4 data is retained according to our configured retention period (14 months by default).
Consultation records: retained for 7 years from the conclusion of the engagement.
