These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProGEO.ai website at progeo.ai and any related services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ProGEO.ai is operated by Ramsey Communications, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or applicability of our research findings to your specific situation. Research methodologies, sample sizes, and data collection dates are disclosed with each study to enable your own evaluation.

Our content does not constitute professional advice. Decisions about your organization’s digital strategy, AI search optimization, or technology investments should be made in consultation with qualified professionals who understand your specific context.

  • Quote brief excerpts (under 200 words) with proper attribution to ProGEO.ai including a link to the source page

  • Reference our research findings with attribution in your own work

You may not:

  • Reproduce full articles, research reports, or substantial portions of our content without written permission

  • Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution

3.2 Your Content

When you submit information through our contact form, scheduling tools, or other Site features, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use that information for the purpose for which it was submitted (responding to inquiries, scheduling consultations, delivering services).

4. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements initiated through the Site are governed by separate service agreements. These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself, not to the specific deliverables or obligations of any consulting engagement. Where a consulting agreement conflicts with these Terms, the consulting agreement governs for that engagement.

5. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Site contains links to third-party websites and integrates third-party services (including Calendly for scheduling and Google Analytics for site measurement). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our research, recommendations, or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROGEO.AI AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProGEO.ai and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. AI Crawler and Bot Access

Access to the Site by automated systems, AI crawlers, and bots is governed by our robots.txt file and any applicable technical directives (including llms.txt and HTTP headers). Automated access that violates these directives or that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure is prohibited. We reserve the right to block or throttle any automated access at our discretion.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
